De par sa position g\u00e9ostrat\u00e9gique unique, elle est la seule universit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de la r\u00e9gion et joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 d'interface entre l'Europe et l'oc\u00e9an Indien. L'UR est compos\u00e9e de 5 Facult\u00e9s, 3 Instituts, 1 Observatoire des Sciences de l'Univers, 1 Ecole d'Ing\u00e9nieurs et 22 laboratoires de recherche avanc\u00e9e parmi lesquels les laboratoires <a href=\"https:\/\/piment.univ-reunion.fr\/\"><strong>PIMENT<\/strong><\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.energylab.re\"><strong>ENERGY-Lab<\/strong><\/a>. The Laboratory for Physics and Mathematical Engineering for Energy and Environment (PIMENT) has more than 60 researchers. Its research is focused on 3 themes. First, the theme \u201cenergy efficiency for buildings, neighborhoods and towns\u201d deals with the quality of life, the carbon footprint and the environmental cost of constructions at different spatial scales. Secondly, the \u201csustainable energies\u201d theme is dedicated to active systems involved in the production and consumption of energy with a focus on renewable energies and cold. The TwInSolar project is part of this theme. And finally, the \u201capplied mathematics\u201d theme aims to design tools and methods to solve problems in physics.<\/p>\n<p>L'Universit\u00e9 de La R\u00e9union et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les laboratoires <a href=\"https:\/\/piment.univ-reunion.fr\/\"><strong>PIMENT <\/strong><\/a>et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.energylab.re\"><strong>ENERGY-Lab<\/strong><\/a> sont reconnus internationalement pour leurs comp\u00e9tences et leur expertise dans le domaine de l'\u00e9nergie appliqu\u00e9e aux r\u00e9gions tropicales et aux zones non interconnect\u00e9es. Avec un effectif d'environ 1 400 personnes, nous nous engageons \u00e0 promouvoir un syst\u00e8me d'approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique durable, \u00e9conomique, s\u00fbr et socialement juste, bas\u00e9 sur des sources d'\u00e9nergie renouvelables. Nous y contribuons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos principaux domaines de recherche que sont l'approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie, la distribution d'\u00e9nergie, le stockage et l'utilisation de l'\u00e9nergie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats de recherche exceptionnels, des projets industriels r\u00e9ussis, des spin-off et des collaborations mondiales, nous fa\u00e7onnons la transformation durable du syst\u00e8me \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les domaines du photovolta\u00efque, des b\u00e2timents \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie, des centrales solaires thermiques et des processus industriels, des technologies de l'hydrog\u00e8ne et du stockage de l'\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique ainsi que de l'\u00e9lectronique de puissance, des r\u00e9seaux et des syst\u00e8mes intelligents, l'Institut d\u00e9veloppe des mat\u00e9riaux, des composants, des syst\u00e8mes et des processus. Nous disposons \u00e0 cet effet d\u2019une excellente infrastructure de laboratoire. De plus, nous effectuons des analyses, r\u00e9alisons des \u00e9tudes, fournissons des conseils et proposons \u00e0 nos clients des proc\u00e9dures de tests et de certification. Hans Christian \u00d8rsted a fond\u00e9 la DTU en 1829 avec pour mission claire de d\u00e9velopper et de cr\u00e9er de la valeur en utilisant la science et l'ing\u00e9nierie au profit de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cette mission perdure aujourd\u2019hui. La DTU compte 13 500 \u00e9tudiants et 6 000 employ\u00e9s. Nous travaillons dans une atmosph\u00e8re internationale et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions d\u2019un environnement de travail inclusif, \u00e9volutif et informel. La DTU poss\u00e8de des campus dans toutes les r\u00e9gions du Danemark et au Groenland, et nous collaborons avec les meilleures universit\u00e9s du monde. La DTU b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera du projet de jumelage en utilisant des outils et des m\u00e9thodes de recherche dans le domaine des syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques et hybrides sur des \u00e9tudes de cas du climat insulaire tropical de La R\u00e9gions P\u00e9riph\u00e9riques et Maritimes (CRPM)<\/strong><\/a> repr\u00e9sente plus de 150 autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales de 24 pays d'Europe et au-del\u00e0. Organis\u00e9e en commissions g\u00e9ographiques, elle veille \u00e0 ce qu'un d\u00e9veloppement territorial \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 soit au c\u0153ur de l'Union europ\u00e9enne et de ses politiques. <br>\u00a0La CRPM produit des positions strat\u00e9giques et des analyses bas\u00e9es sur les contributions de ses r\u00e9gions membres dans des domaines de travail cl\u00e9s\u00a0: coh\u00e9sion, transports, maritime, climat et \u00e9nergie et migration. La CRPM est \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9e dans une vingtaine de projets europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>La Commission des \u00celes est l'une des six commissions g\u00e9ographiques de la CRPM, regroupant 19 autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales insulaires europ\u00e9ennes issues de 5 bassins maritimes, dont les neuf r\u00e9gions ultrap\u00e9riph\u00e9riques de l'UE. Son objectif principal est d'inciter les institutions europ\u00e9ennes et les \u00c9tats membres \u00e0 accorder une attention particuli\u00e8re aux \u00eeles et \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre leurs vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques.
